What is our Personal Coaching Process?
Our Personal Coaching process consist in 12 sessions one-on-one either in-person meeting or over the telephone. We first provide you with some material: a text book customized with material chosen for you and your
specific situation, goals and knowledge, as well as with an action plan that will help you in your personal
development.
During the first 8 sessions, our meetings are weekly. We will build the foundation of change, and most likely
achieve some of your goals as we successfully observed it with most of our customers.

For the month following this 8 sessions, we will meet or talk during four sessions. You will continue your
development and we ensure you are staying on-purpose, motivated, focused on reaching your goals, and overcoming
obstacle you may encounter in both your professional and personal life. We will meet or talk two more times: once
3 months later for a follow up session then six month later for our last session.
